Privacy policy
Effective October 2, 2026.
This policy explains what Robles Agency collects through robles.agency, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the planning requests sent through it.
What we collect
- What you type into the request form: name, phone, ZIP code, preferred language, and anything optional you add (email, interest, meeting preference, best time, message), plus your consent choices.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), the referring page, and the first page you visited. These help us know whether a search, a postcard or a referral brought you.
- Basic server data: our host processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and stop abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording. We do not run third-party analytics.
How we use it
To call, email or (only if you opted in) text you about your planning request; to prepare for your meeting; to keep records insurance rules require; and to keep the site secure. We do not use what you tell us for anything unrelated to your request.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver your request (hosting and email delivery), with Inglewood Cemetery Mortuary and Homesteaders Life Company when you choose to move forward with a plan, or when the law requires it.
Text messages
Texting is optional and separate from your planning request. If you opt in, reply STOP at any time to stop. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep request information as long as needed to follow up and to meet recordkeeping rules, then delete it. Stored copies of web requests are deleted automatically after two years unless they became part of a plan.
Your California rights
California residents may ask to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, and to delete it, and may not be discriminated against for asking. Email billyrobles@robles.agency with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will verify the request and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may ask on your behalf with your written permission.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites, the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do anyway.
Security and children
The site is served only over HTTPS. This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
